Return Policy
Piedmont Boutique has a no returns or exchanges policy. All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping
We ship all items via USPS with delivery confirmation and require a signature for every order. All orders are insured for the full cost of the items which we will pay to ensure your items don't get lost.
We ship Monday-Friday, usually within 2 business days of when your order is placed given the items are currently in stock. Certain orders may take longer due to customization of your product. But we try to get your items to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our stellar craftsmanship.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally via our online store. If you would like to purchase our products but live outside of the United States please contact us directly at (415) 864-8075 and we will be happy to handle your order personally.
Shipping Times
USPS Priority Mail: Usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
USPS Express Mail: This is the fastest shipping. Your order should arrive to your address overnight but the Post Office does not guarantee overnight delivery. Within 2 business days from the date when your items were shipped.
Fit
Since we do not accept returns, we try to give you all the necessary specs to make sure your order fits perfectly. If you have any additional questions about the fit that we do not cover in the product’s description, we welcome you to send us an email at piedmontonline@gmail.com. We want you to be happy and look good!
Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
We get asked this question quite a lot by those purchasing for dance teams, showgirls, ect. The answer is sometimes. Email us and we can let you know if your order would qualify for a discount.
Where are your products made?
We have been in business for 40 years and we have a creative team that have stayed true to the original patterns as closely as possible while maintaining a great fit for everyone. Our factory is located in San Francisco and made onsite by the loving hands of our employees. If you want to know if your product is locally made just look for the “Made exclusively by Piedmont hands in the heart of San Francisco!” in the product description.
